Vibe Group came to us with the request to organize a Christmas party that  would surpass all previous parties.

When a client asked us what we would do if we could spend an extra 10,000 when presenting our first proposal, we knew we could go all out.

​

Guests were welcomed to the grounds by a fire show, a burning company logo and a hedge of Christmas trees with peaks in the shape of the logo. Once inside, there was a reception committee of mysterious Venetian Girls and the atmosphere was immediately created.

​

Dinner was at 3 long tables in the Westerunie club room. Styled down to the last detail and together with lots of decoration in the ceiling made it a magical whole. Completely unexpected, several 'black-circus' acts came from various corners of the room between the courses.

A sea of filming phones told us that we had chosen the right acts for the group (who were already used to a lot). Fantastic!

There was no room for an after dinner dip. The group was surprised by a group of drummers and guided to the party room in Westerliefde. We booked a bang band for them, and that immediately went wild. Cocktails, 3d experience photobooth, dancing hosts and even Lady Gaga came by.

One to remember.. For the customer, but also certainly for us.
